NSW: Tripodi declares he has done "absolutely nothing wrong" =2

Mr O'Farrell then asked Premier Morris Iemma why he had not sacked Mr Tripodi from
his portfolio for "continued poor performance" and "lack of judgment".

Mr Iemma said Mr Tripodi had denied any involvement in Mr Scimone's recruitment and
was entitled to a presumption of innocence while it was being investigated by the ICAC.
