SA: Police search for injured German tourist

ADELAIDE, Jan 14 AAP - Police have sought help from mobile phone companies in their
search for an injured German tourist missing somewhere between Perth and Adelaide.

Heika Siegmar, 25, used her mobile phone to contact her father in Stuttgart on Wednesday
afternoon, telling him she had badly injured both her legs in a fall.

But before she could give any details of her whereabouts, the call was disconnected.

Ms Siegmar's father alerted police yesterday and a two-state search for the missing
tourist began.
