Vic: Boy killed at pedestrian crossing in Melbourne's west
A two-year-old boy has been hit by a car and killed at a pedestrian crossing in thewestern Melbourne suburb of Maidstone.
Police have appealed for witnesses after the boy was hit today while crossing the roadwith his mother on Ballarat Road near the corner of Short Street, about 10am (AEST).
